1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that use of Comatch.ai complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

2. Account Registration

• You must create an account to use most features of Comatch.
• Provide accurate and current information; you are solely responsible for keeping it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account and must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Use of the Platform

comatch.ai is a professional matching platform intended for:

• Finding co-founders
• Building teams
• Exploring startup related resources

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for dating, spamming, scamming, or pyramid schemes
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and take legal actions that violate these terms or harm the integrity of our platform.

4. Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of content you post (bios, messages, startup ideas), but grant Comatch a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it as needed to operate and promote the service.

We reserve the right to remove content that:

• Violates laws or intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or false information
• Is irrelevant to the platform's core purpose

5. AI Matching System

Our AI system matches users based on profile data, preferences, and inferred compatibility. While we strive for accuracy and relevance, we do not guarantee perfect matches, and we are not liable for the outcomes of any user partnerships or startup ventures formed.

6. Fees and Services

a. Free Tier

Users can access core functionality at no cost, including:

• Up to 10 daily swipes
• Location based co-founder matching
• Basic profile visibility & chat functionality

b. Founder Pro Tier

Founder Pro is available via two billing options:

• Monthly Plan: $29/month (dynamic pricing may apply by region or promotional offer)
• Annual Plan: $249/year (billed once annually for a discounted rate)

Founder Pro includes:

• Unlimited daily swipes
• Verified founder access
• AI-analyzed compatibility scores
• Global search for co-founders
• Priority customer support

c. Billing Terms

• Subscriptions are charged upfront (monthly or annually depending on plan selection).
• All payments are non-refundable, including for partially used subscription periods.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing or features with prior notice.

7. Privacy and Data Handling

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your data in accordance with laws in China (PIPL), EU (GDPR), CA, USA (CCPA) and other applicable jurisdictions.

By using Comatch, you consent to our data practices.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms
• Remove content that violates community standards or local law

Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and certain data may be retained per our Privacy Policy and legal requirements.

9. Disclaimers

comatch.ai is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make warranties regarding:

• Availability or uptime
• Match quality or startup success
• Third-party conduct or content

We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• comatch.ai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid to us (if any) in the past 12 months.

For users in:

• Mainland China: These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
• Hong Kong: Governed by Hong Kong SAR law.
• Other locations: Local consumer protection and data laws may apply, but disputes will be resolved under the laws of your registered location unless prohibited.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified via the app or email. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws in your jurisdiction as described above.
